Today we're shipping the design for the 2027 Atmosphere Conference.

Screenshot of the home page of https://atmosphereconf.org - it says AtmosphereConf, a heart globe with wings, 2027, and the tagline "Building for a New Internte". April 29th - May 2nd, Netherlands

Here's a quick screenshot of the homepage. Head over to visit it directly: https://atmosphereconf.org

Guus Goosetopher

Of course, along with a conference website design, that also means a NEW GOOSE.

Say hello to Guus Goosetopher:

Guus (or Guusje -- either is fine) is a common Dutch name. As with all designs to date, Goosetophers are named by their creators.

You'll see a number of Guus designs floating around (a Guus in a lab coat for ! a Guus sticker sheet where you can combine them with accessories! a Guus plushie!) and yes, of course there will be stickers.

Thanks Johanna!

Thank you Bluesky

You'll find Bluesky as our first announced sponsor, at the Platinum tier.

Thank you for stepping up to be an enthusiastic supporter of both the conference, and the core organizing team.

We're working on the full sponsor package and some other early supporters to announce, email us at sponsors @ atmosphereconf .org if you're interested.

P.S. "Netherlands"

The sharp eyed amongst you might notice that we're not saying "Amsterdam" any more for the location. We were almost closed on a venue but it ended up having some hard stops that didn't work for us.

We have an excellent venue identified that we're going into final negotiations with, and luckily a lot of the Netherlands is a short 30min train ride between different areas of the country!

We're filling out the Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) page as we get asked questions - let us know what else we can help answer!

The website is going to evolve with more atmospheric features, and you can also file issues with ideas or report bugs.
